Awards

The Moles’ Awards were instituted in 1941 as a means by which this organization signalizes the honor it pays to outstanding ability and accomplishment in the heavy construction field. Two awardees are recognized each year—one non-member and one member.

Through the years, the presentation of the The Moles Bronze plaque and the hand-illuminated and embossed parchment have served a two-fold purpose: to encourage noteworthy achievements, and to reward them with fitting symbols of what the honorees already have won—that most-cherished of all prizes, the admiration and esteem of fellow-workers.
